SAC is a great place to take kids on rainy or cold days. We live at the outdoor pool in the summer, and during the cold months, my kids love to swim indoors. My son really enjoys going (age 9), and running on the indoor track, playing basketball, and much more. For breaks and school closed days (e.g., conference days) they usually have fun stuff for them to do, for a reasonable price. They also offer "kids club" monthly passes, but we haven't taken advantage of this. SAC is not inexpensive, but it is a lovely facility, and they have many activities for kids and families.

Fantastic gym. Not cheap, if you want a cheap membership go to 24 hour fitness, but for quality, go here. Indoor pools, rock climbing wall (with Auto Belay), indoor 1/16 track, basketball courts, raquetball, squash, tennis, aerobic, classes, I could go on and on. And child care, although limited times. I love my SAC membership!
