Great local venue for plays and performances. Nice theaters with great seats for all. I enjoy seeing plays and dances here and the proximity to downtown eateries is wonderful too.

The Third Marine Aircraft Wing Jazz Combo, based in San Diego, CA, is comprised of six combat-trained Marines with diverse musical backgrounds. Instrumentation includes electric piano, bass guitar, electric guitar, drum set, trumpet and saxophone. The combo plays many standard Jazz charts including Bop, Swing, Latin and Funk. Come celebrate Rose Festival with a tune-filled noontime concert by this exciting group.

Zimba! is a ten-member, all-women, Portland-based marimba band specializing in the music of Zimbabwe and other countries of southern Africa. Marimbas are wooden instruments resembling xylophones that accentuate the unique, energizing harmonies and rhythms of the music. The group uses marimbas of four different sizes along with drums and gourd shakers. The music, ideal for dancing or just listening, creates a joyful response from people of all ages.

The Beat Goes On is an all-adult marching band committed to delighting Northwest audiences while reliving the best parts of the marching band experience. The band is known for its feel-good attitude, emphasis on audience interaction, and spontaneity on the street and on stage. TBGO features a high-energy, brassy, rock and roll style that will get you on your feet and marching along with them.

The Cascade Four, a barbershop quartet, is comprised of 4 skilled and experienced vocal artists. The quartet brings to life classic barbershop tunes and harmonies as well as newer melodies. Their performance will be both nostalgic and contemporary. The quartet is a subset of Bridge Town Sound that strives to be the premiere barbershop organization in the Portland area and has won numerous competitions as proof of its standing.
