Life is unique at Willowbrook. It is a journey of the spirit. In an atmosphere of laughter and love, work and play, children find expression for their creative powers. There are places for quiet reflection, for music and writing, places for play-acting and for dancing, and places where the imagination can create beauty from a ball of clay, a tube of paint, or a found object. It is a place for lasting friendships between child and child, child and adult. The protected atmosphere of caring adults is a testimony to our faith in children.

Wow - what an awesome summer camp. Everyday I drop my kids off and pick them up I so wish that when I was a kid there was a place like this!
Watching my kids do all the many activities they have to offer, and excel at them reaffirms their whole approach and how powerful and life changing the camp really is.

This is a little gem that has been around for 25+ years. My kids only want to do this summer camp each year. They have all from age 3 on up. There are so many things to do at this camp, and they have the ability to find out what types of art they like. There is something from everybody. They can perform in a play, they can make paintings, they can learn to play an instrument, do nature studies, write books, dance, the list goes on. The drop off and the pick up are the best, you drive up to the curb and a camp worker takes your child to their assigned village in the camp. What more could you ask for!

This is truly one of the most wonderful camps in the whole Portland metro area. My kids found something very special when they attended for several summers in a row. They found the magic of art, and their own unique spirit that lies within art.
